We provide them with in-house IT support for their users and Network as their IT department is based in Europe and need someone with IT expertise to be physically present to provide level one and two support before we escalate some issues to their IT who holds the credentials for the IT infrastructure.
- By outsourcing their IT function to us, we have provided them with quality service for their IT infrastructure to operate seamlessly, without having to bear the Total Cost of Ownership for the IT function of the business.
- We also provided them consultation for them quickly on IT assets required to deal with their business workflow issues, when needed.

Comnect Solutions Pte Ltd is a systems given the privilege to maintain a Service Level Agreement with the company. Comnect Solutions is responsible for administering and maintaining the servers, networks and providing IT support for the in-house users.
What we did technically:-
- Provide in-house level 1 & 2 IT support for the customer’s users, e.g. network configuration issues on user PCs, printing issues, PC issues, laptop issues
- Facilitate as a user representative cum coordinating platform between the users and their IT department
- Provide quick consultation on what IT assets can help the users in the business or IT issues when they enquire
- Assist in resolving the IT service requests from the users
